Major asphalt pavement works completed inside a live port environment. Works were staged around critical freight movements, with precise safety and compliance protocols in place.
Scope of works included:
- Subgrade proof rolling and industrial pavement preparation.
- Heavy-duty AC20 base course and AC14 surface layer installation.
- Asphalt paving to access roads, hardstands, and loading zones.
- Works staged outside peak logistics hours to ensure zero disruption.
Built to handle long-term heavy vehicle volumes, this project demonstrated our ability to deliver RMS-spec industrial paving in time-sensitive, high-security environments.
